How we use personal data

Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 August 2026

Studio Contiero S.r.l. is the data controller for INEDITA. Our identity and contact details are on the Legal information page.

Data we process

  • contact, billing, delivery and order information;
  • payment references and payment status, but not your complete card details;
  • support messages and information you send about an order;
  • security, session and technical request information;
  • optional first-party measurement data, including limited campaign tags, when allowed.

Why we use it

We process data to form and perform the sales contract, take payment, produce and deliver the order, provide support, prevent abuse, keep the service secure and meet accounting, tax and other legal duties. Optional first-party measurement is based on consent. Service security and basic operational records are based on our legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Who receives it

We share only the data needed with service providers involved in the transaction and operation of INEDITA, including Stripe for payment, Prodigi and delivery carriers for production and fulfilment, Cloudflare for hosting and security, our production-rendering provider, and professional advisers where necessary. These providers process data under their own terms or our instructions, according to their role.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order, invoice and accounting records are normally retained for up to ten years to meet legal obligations. Support records are kept only as long as needed for the request and related legal claims. Consented first-party measurement records expire after 90 days. Security logs are kept for the shortest practical period, normally no more than 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident. Saved works and an unsubmitted cart stay in your browser until you remove them or clear local data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email support@inedita.art. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Automated decisions and sale of data

We do not sell personal data, use third-party advertising pixels or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
