These terms apply when you buy an INEDITA print from Studio Contiero S.r.l. Our full company details are available on the Legal information page.
1. The product
INEDITA sells made-to-order physical prints of algorithmic art. Each purchased work is identified by a unique seed and recreated deterministically in the format, size and frame configuration selected at checkout. A seed can be purchased only once, in the configuration selected for that order.
2. Ordering and payment
The product, delivery charge, currency and total price are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send the order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and refund the payment.
3. Production and delivery
Production begins after payment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, customs charges or local handling fees applied outside the price collected by us.
4. Cancellations and withdrawal
Every print is made to the customer’s selected unique seed and configuration. The ordinary change-of-mind right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. If production has not begun, contact us immediately: we may still be able to cancel the order, but cannot promise this.
5. Problems with an order
If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not arrive, contact support@inedita.art. Depending on the circumstances, we will repair, replace, reprint, reduce the price or refund the order as required by law. Do not return an item until we provide instructions.
6. Legal guarantee
Consumers have the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity applicable in their country. For consumers in the European Union, this includes a minimum two-year legal guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
8. Governing law and complaints
Italian law governs these terms. If you live in another country, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually reside. Contact support@inedita.art first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly.
